Angelica Panganiban's Controversy sa NAIA Terminal 2

Celebrity couple Derek Ramsey and Angelica Panganiban left for Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), on board Emirates Airlines flight EK333 that left the NAIA Terminal 1 at 6:00 pm on Tuesday.

The couple quietly checked in at the Emirate business class counter but was immediately mobbed by other passengers, mostly Middle East-bound OFWs.

The couple was seen entering the immigration area queuing at the immigration counter for passport exit stamping formalities.

Earlier last December 2011, Angelica was involved in a controversy at the NAIA terminal 2 after bureau of customs personnel levied a P12,000 tax on her two hand-carried Hermes bags, which she claimed were gifts given to her by a friend before boarding her flight in Vancouver, Canada to Manila. Media reports said Panganiban went ballistic when a customs examiner taxed her for the two Hermès bags. The actress quickly denied the accusation saying that she only got irate because of the bad treatment she got from customs personnel.

The couple left Manila for Dubai with young actress Maja Salvador.
