Angel Locsin at Ang Kanyang Paglipat sa Other Network

Angel Locsin recently signed contracts with both ABS-CBN and Star Cinema last April 27 at the ABS-CBN compound. Also present at the contract signing were Ethel Ramos, Angel’s manager; ABS-CBN President Charo Santos-Concio; and Star Cinema managing director Malou Santos. Angel signed a three-year four-picture deal with Star Cinema.

“I’m very happy. I’m very excited na maka-trabaho si Direk Ruel. Yung isa naman yung kasama sila Bea Alonzo, Toni Gonzaga, Angelica Panganiban at saka ako. Tapos yung pangatlo may pinaplano kaming pelikula with Vhong Navarro naman. Angel admitted that there are also plans for a reunion movie with her original love team partner Richard Gutierrez.

Angel denied reports that she was recently on the grounds of her former network, which sparked rumors of a possible transfer.

Angel said she is also looking forward to starting work on a new television series later this year. “May gagawin akong teleserye. And bukod sa Toda Max na ginagawa namin ngayon with Tito Robin (Padilla) and Vhong Navarro,” she said.

The 27-year-old actress admitted she is very much satisfied with the way her career is going ever since she transferred to the Kapamilya network. I’m excited. Happy lang ako na naging official na Kapamilya ulit ako ng ABS-CBN,” she said.

Angel said that the she has learned a lot over the years and the recognition she has gotten has also boosted her confidence in acting and has made her happy to remain a part of ABS-CBN.

Angel added that she wants to always do her best for her fans and her co-workers.
