Following their popular team-up in the TV series “My Binondo Girl,” actor Xian Lim said he wants actress Kim Chiu to be his leading lady anew in his next project.
Lim, who is rumored to be dating Chiu, said he wants to work and spend more time with her so they can forge a deeper bond.
“Syempre gusto ko pa rin makasama si Kim. Syempre kung palagi kayong nagkikita, you can’t help but bond and have a deeper connection, makikilala niyo talaga ang isa’t isa,” he told Push.com.ph.
The current showbiz “It Boy” also said he feels closest to Chiu, among his friends in the industry.
Even after “My Binondo Girl,” Lim said they've managed to keep in touch, as with his other co-actors in previous projects.
“Syempre kasi palagi kaming nagkikita, palagi kaming nagke-kuwentuhan. Of course, hindi lang naman ‘yung friendship nag-stay dahil sa teleserye tapos biglang mawawala. Lahat ng nakilala ko dun, katulad ng lahat ng nakilala ko sa iba’t ibang projects, hindi sa teleserye nagtatapos ang isang samahan,” he said.
Asked where his relationship with Chiu currently stands, Lim gave a vague answer: “Ang puso ko, lagi namang maligaya. Malusog naman ang puso ko. Andito siya para magbigay saya.”
