Promil Pre-school i-Shine Talent Camp proved to be the perfect venue to hone the 12 finalists' innate talent through carefully selected activities led by their celebrity mentors. The first of which was the dancing workshop wherein John Prats, dubbed as the Dance Floor Dynamite, taught the kids to groove and project in the dance floor. He also emphasized the importance of listening skills so that the kids could easily follow instructions.
John was happy to say that all of them participated well in their dance lesson. "I'm so proud of them! Naalala ko yung experience ko nung bata ako ganon pala ako kapag sumasayaw. Ang dami nilang energy kaya perfect ang dancing para mailabas yun. Lahat naman sila nakitaan ko ng galing sa pagsayaw at napakaimportante yung support ng magulang sa mga anak. Yung after the production number nandiyan yung parents para i-push pa sila sa kaya nilang gawin."
Karylle on the other hand engaged the kids in a singing workshop where she introduced them the concept of 'feeling the beat' and understanding the 'story behind every song'. With the help of the kids' parents, she was able to make them sing with emotions. "It was nice to explain to them the concept of storytelling kasi it's a bonding thing with their parents na nakakatulong sayo even sa pagkanta. Number one tip ko is to sing a song na bagay sa age nila. So yung guidance, support and love of parents should be there. Yung overall assessment ko naman lahat sila may love for music and they're willing to learn."
