After completing an acting workshop with the rest of her Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited housemates, Tin Patrimonio admits she has now become active again with her first love, tennis. “Okay naman ako, I’m busy with school and diet and tennis. Varsity kasi ako sa school but now hindi naman super serious training unlike before. Mas laidback ngayon yung schedule ko sa training,”she shares.
The 19-year-old athlete-turned-housemate says her interest in acting actually got more serious because of their recent workshops. “Kakatapos lang actually ng workshops namin. It was good. I learned a lot and mas naintindihan ko yung meaning of acting. Yung hardest part about it was ang sakit pala kasi you have to go through a lot of emotions lalo na yung malungkot. Yung masayang part about it was ma-experience mo ulit lahat ng emotions. Kasabay ko sa batch naming sila Kevin, si Slater, si Carlo, si Kim, Mark, Pamu, Wendy, at Denisse,” she tells Hot Pinoy Showbiz.
Although she is still waiting for her big break, Tin says she will not give up on her dream now to become an actress. “I’m still focused on showbiz and all pero I’m still waiting for the offers and opportunities. Sa acting, I really want to try doing comedy drama. If I were to follow in the footsteps of anybody in showbiz it would be si Toni Gonzaga. Gustong-gusto ko kasi talaga yung movie niyang My Amnesia Girl,” she admits.
Aside from being busy with her studies, Tin still makes it a point to hang out with her former housemates. And although she had admitted to having a crush on PBB Unlimited winner Slater Young, Tin says she is now spending more time with Jerico Redrico. “Yung pinakamadalas ngayon na nakaka-hang out ko talaga si Jerico. I don’t know, siguro close friends kami. Usually kasama ko sister ko and some of my friends when we go out tapos ano lang, we’ll eat out at a restaurant or watch movies, mga ganyan.” Despite their closeness even outside the house, Tin denies that there is anything romantic going on with him or any other guy in her life right now. “No, wala ngayon talaga. No talaga. Focus muna ako sa career ko and sa school,” she insists.
Now that Pinoy Big Brother recently finished it’s Teen Edition for the year, Tin also shares some tips for the top four housemates. “Sana huwag sila magulat ngayon sa real world. Kasi ako nagulat ako kasi sa sobrang daming tao pala na nanunuod nung show. Nakaka-overwhelm din.”
