Young actor Daniel Padilla defended Kathryn Bernardo against rumors that the young actress is spending time at his condominium unit.
"Gusto ko lang po linawin na napaka-bastos ng isyu na ito. Hindi ko po gusto 'yung salitang nagbababad siya sa condo ko. Hindi po maganda ito para sa isang babae na nagbababad sa condo," Padilla said.
The actor said the rumors cannot be true because he doesn't even have his own condo unit and Bernardo has never visited him in his house.
Bernardo admitted that she once brought Padilla to his house because he was sick and didn't have a driver.
"Hinatid ko lang siya once kaya siguro nabigyan nila ng (malisya) kasi nasa airport kami noon wala yung (driver) kaya hinatid po siya," Bernardo said.
The two stars of the primetime hit "Princess and I" maintain that they are just good friends, although Padilla has been vocal about his feelings for his co-star.
