After winning the second season of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition in 2008, Ejay Falcon has slowly built up his career as a budding actor with roles in Kapamilya series like May Bukas Pa, Guns & Roses and Mundo Man Ay Magunaw. He also takes on his first role in a horror film in the upcoming Skylight Film release Amorosa: The Revenge. During the presscon for the movie, the former PBB teen housemate admitted that he has yet to receive the title for the Globe Asiatique condo he won from the top reality show. “Simula nung umpisa pa lang, hindi pa naman nabibigay sa akin yung title so hindi ko alam. Natirhan ko one month dati pero lumipat ako,” he says. Ejay admits that the condo unit located in Valenzuela City has not been inhabited for over three years now as it is located far from his showbiz engagements.
In a recent episode of ABS-CBN current affairs show Krusada, the Globe Asiatique scam was exposed and its owner Delfin Lee is now facing several Estafa cases. This prompted another PBB Big Winner Melai Cantiveros to admit that she is also still waiting for a title proving ownership of the property she won from the contest. Despite all this, Ejay says that he is still hoping that things can still come out favorably for them. “Siyempre sana maayos pa pero kung hindi na, eh premyo naman sa akin yun ng PBB at hindi lang naman 'yun 'yung nakuha ko nung pumasok ako ng PBB. Marami rin namang mga binigay sa akin na nangyari sa buhay ko after ng PBB. Kumbaga, isa lang yun sa kung mawawala man sa akin na sana huwag naman, sana maayos din kasi puwede kong i-invest pa rin yun eh para sa akin. Condo ko pa rin yun, pag-aari ko pa rin yun. sana maayos na.”
With the current situation, Ejay is not able to do anything with the property even though no one else has claimed it. Ejay says he can’t consider it an investment because he can’t even sell the property as an option. “Wala po sa akin yung title so hindi ko puwede ibenta. Yung mama ko kasi yung nag-aayos. Sabi niya parang hinihintay na lang, ibibigay din daw. Pero medyo matagal kaming naghintay and hanggang ngayon wala pa. Simula pa paglabas ko sa PBB. 2008 so four years na,” he admits. Ejay though has no plans to buy any property here in Manila because he built his family a house in Mindoro already. “Nagpatayo na kami sa probinsya. Kasi nandun yung buong family ko. Sila muna kasi dito naman madali lang. dito kasama ko driver at saka yung friend ko na P.A ko ngayon,” he says.
On the topic of the psych-horror movie Amorosa: The Revenge, Ejay says he enjoyed playing a different kind of character. “Magkakabarkada kami dito nila Enrique Gil na medyo iba ito sa mga ginagawa ko sa mga teleserye kasi sa mga teleseryeng ginagawa ko, medyo mabait ako, matino ako. Dito naman masasabi ko na kabaliktaran ako, bad boy. Marami akong ginagawa na parang first time na gagawin ko sa movie na ito. Hindi ako multo dito. Nakakatakot ako pero hindi naman ako nananakot.”
