After enrolling this semester in the A.B English program at National University in Manila, Tin Patrimonio admits she is still adjusting to going back to regular school again. “Okay naman yung mga tao sa campus. Very friendly naman yung students dun. Mababait naman yung mga prof (laughs). It’s been fun. Nakakapanibago lang talaga kasi siguro last pasok ko sa regular school was matagal na. Actually twice a week lang pasok ko because of the schedule,” she shares. As part of the varsity tennis team, the pretty athlete admits she still has to complete her residency requirement before she can play for them in the UAAP. “Sa January sana but residency pa ako. Next season pa ako makaka-compete pero okay lang naman. At least I have time to practice pa. I started going to N.U this June lang kasi,” she tells Hot Pinoy Showbiz.
Tin also reveals she is getting used to people in school recognizing her as a former Pinoy Big Brother housemate. “Funny rin kasi parang every time after classes ko, they take pictures and some even wait outside just to see pero okay naman, mababait naman sila and they help me around school,” she says. The pretty 19-year-old has been very vocal about giving showbiz a try and says she is even open to showing some skin. “Kung pumayag dad and mom ko (laughs) pero I think okay naman kasi I think lahat na actually ng mga shows may kissing scenes na so no choice (laughs).” Tin says she would also like to do more workshops to improve her singing and other talents needed for showbiz.
As for her growing closeness to co-housemate Jerico Redrico whom she was already close to while they were inside the PBB house, Tin says their friendship is still steady. "Yes kami pa rin magkasama madalas. I don’t know why, super bait lang talaga si Jerico and gusto din siya ng mom ko and dad ko for a friend. I invite him to my house. He’s also waiting for projects. We’re really good friends and sana we’ll stay like that.” Tin adds one of the biggest things she has in common with Jerico is his easygoing attitude with life. “Pwede naming pag-usapan kahit ano and lagi kaming nagpapatawa,” The aspiring actress also admits that her crush on PBB Unlimited Big Winner Slater Young has already waned. “Well kasi, iba din naman sa loob ng bahay ni Kuya and iba na din sa labas. May different life na din kasi kami. Hindi ko siya naikita lately. I think busy na kasi din kami,” she says.
