Best friends Kim Chiu and Maja Salvador are excited to be part of ABS-CBN's upcoming series "Ina, Kapatid, Anak."
"Sino ba ang hindi magiging excited kung magkaroon ka ng bagong serye," Chiu said during their pictorial for the new primetime drama.
"(Excited) lalo na at napasama kami sa tatlong generation. First sila tito Eddie Gutierrez, second sila Tito Ariel Rivera at Ms. Janice de Belen, tapos kami. Ipinagkatiwala sa amin," Salvador added.
The two young actresses agreed that even if they are friends in real life, they maintain their professionalism during work.
"Kapag nasa set kami, wala 'yung friendship namin, mas character. Doon kami naka-focus sa character namin," Salvador said.
Even their leading men -- Enchong Dee and Xian Lim -- are also excited about their newest project.
"Kasi 'yung pinaghirapan namin mapapanood nila," Lim said.
For his part, Dee admitted that he's really pressured to work with veteran stars like Gutierrez and Pilar Pilapil.
"Nakaka-pressure kasi sila ready na dahil mga beteranong aktor tapos ikaw hindi mo pa alam ang gagawin mo at tapos 'yung idea na first time kaming magkakatrabaho," Dee said.
