The long courtship may be finally over between actor Xian Lim and actress Kim Chiu.
Chiu revealed she is just waiting for some signs before she finally says "yes" to her leading man, although she refused to say what these signs are.
"Pwede na (magmahal ulit). Two years na. Konting effort pa," the actress said after a pocket press conference for their upcoming series "Ina Kapatid Anak."
Chiu admitted that she now sees Lim as someone who's really special to her heart.
"Kasi tinatrato niya ng special ang mga mahal ko sa buhay, mga pamilya ko. Kahit nga pagpunta niya sa mall show sa Cebu gusto niyang makita ang lola ko. Sabi ko, 'Ano gagawin mo sa lola ko?' Sabi niya, 'Makikikain lang.' [Fan] naman si lola so sana hindi siya (Xian) mapagod at magsawa," she explained.
For his part, Lim said he will just continue to support and be there for Chiu.
"Yun nga patuloy ko sinasabi na I'm always be here to make you feel really special. If she needs helping hand and open ears I will be here," he said.
Chiu and Lim are now both busy taping for "Ina Kapatid Anak," which will begin airing on ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida block next month.
