Without directly talking about her failed romance with actor Gerald Anderson, Pop Star Princess Sarah Geronimo said she's willing to give a second chance to someone who asks for it.
"Isa pang pagkakataon? Siyempre ganoon naman ako. Basta kapag nakita ko sa isang taong sincere siya sa, halimbawa hinihingi niyang isang pagkakataon, kailangang mapatunayan niya ng matinding matindi para mapatunayan niyang sincere talaga siya, " Geronimo told her special guest actor John Lloyd Cruz in a one-on-one interview segment of "Sarah G Live" on Sunday night.
But when asked to give a specific event in her life that she would like to give one more try, Geronimo refused to reply.
"Lahat naman kasi nang pangyayari sa buhay natin may rason 'yan so .... may purpose si Lord para diyan," she said.
Geronimo also stressed that she doesn't want to forget someone --only the sad memories.
"Sana makalimutan mo lang 'yung mga bad memories, 'yung mga malulungkot na memories. Ang iisipin mo na lang 'yung happy thoughts and happy memories with that person," she said.
For his part, Cruz said he is a strong believer that "you don't get to choose love, but love chooses you."
"Kapag nangyari 'yan, kapag dinapuan kayo ng (love) wala ka nang magagawa kung hindi sundin ito," Cruz said.
Geronimo then said: "Diyos ko sana kaya kong gawin ito."
Weeks ago, Anderson told abs-cbnNEWS.com that he already stopped wooing Geronimo.
