ONSCREEN partners Enchong Dee and Erich Gonzales say things are okay now between the two of them as their miscommunication problem is finally over.
In a recent interview, Dee admitted that he and Gonzales have gone through a rough patch a few weeks ago but, he said, they were able to iron out their differences.
The actor said director Rory Quintos was present when he had a talk with his "Maria la del Bario" co-actor.
During the talk, Dee said that the two of them have discovered that the root of their misunderstanding was just a petty thing. "Hindi naman siya ganun na heavy. Napaka-liit na bagay. Napaka-petty para sa aming dalawa, away bata lang na kailangan naming resolbahan," he said.
He admitted that their miscommunication was part of their lives as grownups. He said he was happy that he and Gonzales have remained as friends after the incident.
"Maganda yung kinalabasan ng pag-aayos. May pagsubok at lahat naman eh darating dun, ang maganda lang eh naayos namin," he said.
The actor is also very proud of themselves for they were able to sustain the chemistry in "Maria la del Barrio" even though they had personal issues then.
"Hindi naman naapektuhan kasi makikita naman sa Maria la del Barrio kung meron eh, pero wala talaga," he said.
Dee said he is open to the possibility of working again with Gonzales in the near future.
"Our gratitude is infinite to people who supported us and kung bakit kami andito. Hindi namin pwede sabihin na ayaw naming makatrabaho ang isa't isa. Magkakasama at magkakasama pa talaga kami," he said.
