Gerald Anderson accommodated the entertainment media for an interview, but he refused to speak up about the rumors that Sarah Geronimo's mom (known as Mommy Divine in showbiz circles) discouraged him from courting the Pop Star Princess. "Huwag na muna issue. Today is a day of celebration e. There's always another time for that. Nagrerelax ako ngayon so ok na," said Gerald who brought his basketball team to the championship and won the MVP Award for the Star Magic Games held at the Celebrity Sports Plaza in Quezon City last Sunday, July 29.
Gerald and his brother Ken left for Egypt yesterday to visit his dad who's based there. It's perfect timing since he's in between projects and in need of a vacation. He also agreed that he could take it as an opportunity to reflect on whatever's troubling him at the moment. "Pwede. At the end of the day, our family is the most important.
The young actor further shared that he plans to visit the Holy Land not only for sightseeing but also to enrich his spiritual growth. [I want to go there] just to be holy, siyempre gusto mo makita kung saan naglakad si Jesus Christ. Gerald added that he'll be gone for a week and will be back in time for his ASAP stint on Sunday.
