Even before "Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4" names its big winner, evicted teen housemate Kit Thompson is not wasting any time as he embarks on a career in show business.
Thompson had just landed a role in ABS-CBN's newest series "Kahit Puso'y Masugatan," which starts airing this Monday, July 9.
The new ABS-CBN primetime series stars Iza Calzado, Andi Eigenmann, Jake Cuenca and Gabby Concepcion.
"Siyempre po I feel lucky at 'yung feeling inside na they want to take care of, they like me," Thompson told ABS-CBNnews.com in an interview on Thursday afternoon.
To prepare for his role, Thompson said he underwent a series of workshops under veteran actress Malou de Guzman.
"I will really give my best and I will give my all. Nag-workshop po ako," he said.
Thompson also taped an episode of "Maalaala Mo Kaya" with former "Pinoy Big Brother" teen housemate Gerald Anderson, which will be seen on Saturday, July 7.

In the interview, Thompson said he is rooting for Roy Requejo to win on Saturday, when "Pinoy Big Brother" names the grand winner during Saturday's live finale.
"Para sa akin gusto ko manalo si Roy kasi po para po makatulong siya sa pamilya niya," he said.
Requejo, who was dubbed "Boy Sipag of Naga" on the reality show, comes from a broken family. Aside from being garbage boy, Requejo also worked as construction worker to provide for his siblings and help his father.
The Teen Big Night will happen this Saturday at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center in Bulacan.
