In an interview with Hot Pinoy Showbiz, Jericho Rosales admitted that he’s really happy to have found the perfect match in his Australian girlfriend Kim Jones. As seen in their couple pictures posted on Jericho’s social networking sites, the two of them share a lot of common interests like surfing and playing billiards among others. At one point, Jericho even posted a photo of Kim wanting to change the flat tire of his luxury jeep.
“Ah, nakikita mo ba yun? Oo, ibang klase. Jack of all trades talaga kami. It’s a spontaneous relationship. Malaking bagay yun kasi pareho kayong busy. So yung leisure time ninyong dalawa pwede ninyong pagsabayin. Isang paraan na yun para magkasama kayo. Nag-e-enjoy kami pareho, walang pilitan—dagat, soccer, boxing, nood tayo sine. I guess it’s all about understanding each other. Give and take din ‘yan.”
When asked if he’d like Kim to enter show business, Jericho said that he’d definitely support her all the way. And he’s looking forward to do a music video with her one of these days. “Kung gusto niya talaga. Ang pangarap niya maging host, which is what she's doing now with Etcetera and I am Meg. I am very happy for her. Kung mag-showbiz siya okay lang. Nag-aaral siya ngayon e, nagwo-workshop siya para sa acting, nagaaral din siya mag-Tagalog. She’s open to everything.”
In the meantime, Jericho told us that he just finished shooting his latest indie film entitled Alagwa (English title: Breakaway) which will tackle issues on human trafficking. “Nakidnap siya sa story. Tapos hinanap ko siya. Unfortunately, biktima kami pareho ng human trafficking. It’s an advocacy film to create awareness pagdating sa human trafficking. It’s a very special project. Malapit na this year ipapalabas.” Some of Jericho’s good friends will take part in the movie just like Carmen Soo who did a special participation while Gab Valenciano is in charge of the musical scoring.
Aside from that, Jericho is prepping up for his next teleserye in ABS-CBN. “Last week lang nag-meeting kami. Hindi ko pa pwede i-announce kung ano. May shooting pa for I Dare You and then yun na. Siguro pagdating ko galing Canada. Yung soap under the business unit of Sir Deo Endrinal. May leading lady na ako, she’s somebody na ‘di ko pa nakaka-partner.”
