Of all the stars he has worked with, Luis Manzano said he considers one person as his "ultimate leading lady."
Manzano revealed that this "lady" is none other than the openly gay comedian Vice Ganda.
"Si Direk Wenn (Deramas), siya ang unang nagpaarte sa akin sa 'Kampanerang Kuba' (with Anne Curtis). Pero parang ang naging ultimate love team ng buhay ko na tinalo pa si Anne ay si Vice," the actor-host said in a press conference for his fifth film with Vice Ganda, "This Guy's In Love With You Mare" under star Cinema.
"Sabi nga namin ni Vice eh panglimang pelikula na namin ito na magkasama. So feeling ko magkakasampu pa tayo. Kalahati na po namin 'yung John Lloyd-Bea, halfway there," he added.
Last month, Vice Ganda said he considers Manzano as his "lucky charm" after their films did well at the box office.
Manzano also happens to have "Lucky" as his nickname.
"Si Luis nag-usap kami parang halos lahat ng bonggang movie na nagagawa ko ay magkasama kami. 'In My Life', 'Hating Kapatid,' 'Petrang Kabayo' at 'Praybeyt Benjamin' ay kasama ko si Luis, so lucky talaga siya," he said.
Meanwhile, Vice Ganda said it was his personal choice to have Manzano to be part of "This Guy's In Love With You Mare."
