Kapamilya heartthrob Enchong Dee is shedding his boy-next-door image for a decidedly high fashion outing in the latest issue of men's lifestyle magazine Garage.
For its October 2012 issue, Garage brought Dee to Milan, Italy, where the magazine had its "great fashion adventure."
The "Ina, Kapatid, Anak," star is seen posing in the streets of the Italian city, wearing pants from local clothing line Bench and a thorn-embellished blazer by Filipino designer Michael Cinco.
The Dubai-based designer had earlier created a similar blazer, which Dee wore to the 2012 Star Magic Ball. The 23-year-old actor's bold fashion choice caught the attention of news outfits present at the event.
In September, during the anniversary fashion show of Bench, Dee said expressed excitement over his "new image" going forward as an actor.
Since he joined showbiz in 2007, Dee has become one of the most sought-after leading men of his generation, but has mostly been identified with "good guy" roles onscreen.
"It's a slow unfolding of the new me. Hopefully they'll see it," he said at the time of his transformation.
