Actress Lovi Poe is maintaining a safe distance from rumors of a blooming relationship between her ex-boyfriend Jolo Revilla and Kapamilya actress Jodi Sta. Maria.
"That’s good, that's good, I’m really happy for them," Poe was quoted as saying by Push.com.ph, responding to questions on the rumored romance of Revilla and Sta. Maria.
In November 2009, Poe, then an upcoming actress, confirmed her breakup with Revilla in a number of interviews.
Asked if she is still communicating with Revilla, now three years since their separation, Poe said: "No, no, no. 'Yun ang todong matagal na [isyu]."
In recent weeks, Sta. Maria has been rumored to be in a relationship with Revilla, and even referred to him as "someone special" early this month on the entertainment talk show "The Buzz."
Sta. Maria, however, has been cautious not to reveal any further details on their relationship. Revilla, likewise, is observed to be intent on focusing media attention to his vice-gubernatorial bid in the 2013 elections, and away from his personal life.
