The cancer-stricken kids of Child HAUS have come together to express support for singer-actress Zsa Zsa Padilla.
Padilla, who has been diagnosed with stage one kidney cancer, is currently in the United States for surgery on Monday.
According to the kids of Child HAUS, they are praying for Padilla’s immediate recuperation because the singer has been very nice to them.
At a very young age, the kids said they know that words of wisdom from fellow cancer patients will definitely help uplift one’s spirit. They said this is one of the ways by which they cope with their illness.
“Sana po gumaling siya para makabalik dito at ipakita sa amin na puwede rin kami gumaling,” said one of the kids.
Aside from the words of encouragement, Padilla also posted in her official Twitter account a photo of the get-well soon cards given to her by the kids of Child HAUS.
Padilla said: “The kids of Childhaus never seize to amaze me! Thanks for love!!!”
Surrounded by loved ones
Before going through her surgery on Monday, Padilla had a mini-family reunion when her father, aunts and uncles visited her in Los Angeles.
“Padilla sisters (my Dad's sisters) family reunion. They drove from Vegas to be with us. So sweet,” she said.
Padilla’s daughter Karylle also flew in to Los Angeles to be with her mom on the day of her operation.
