Singer and actress Aiza Seguerra admitted there was a point in her life when she considered quitting show business.
In an interview with “The Buzz” on Sunday, Seguerra said she once felt that there’s no more place for her in the entertainment industry.
Seguerra said she was prepared to take a break from showbiz but the singer-actress admitted she never thought it would be that painful.
And medyo lumalabas na tomboy ako,” she said.
Grateful for 2nd chance
Seguerra said that is the reason she now looks at her second shot in showbiz differently.
“I never thought na makakabalik pa ako. Ang plano ko noon was to finish college or at least a vocational course para I could still work to help sila mama. Parang itong second chance, blessing talaga. I never thought na makakabalik ako,” she said.
The former child star said there’s always a lesson to be learned in life.
“Pero 'yung time na sobrang medyo bagsak talaga yung career, it really helped me kung paano tignan ngayon ang pagtatrabahong ito,” she said.
Seguerra currently appears on ABS-CBN daytime show “Be Careful With My Heart.” She is also part of “ASAP 2012” Sessionistas.
