Angeline Quinto's Christmas is bound to be warmer and more colorful with both her adoptive and biological mothers become sources of her complete happiness.
It was last June when the talented pop star finally reunited with her biological mother, Rose Marie "Susan" Mabao, through the help of the latter's friend and Angeline's fans, as well as handler Kate Valenzuela.
"Buong-buo na po ang Angeline Quinto talaga," gushed Angeline-who celebrates her birthday today, Nov. 26-in a joint interview with her Nanay Susan on "Kris TV."
For the past 23 years, Angeline has been under the care of Sylvia "Mama Bab" Quinto, her adoptive mother and aunt of her biological father Pop Quiros.
Her Nanay Susan maintained that she did not "sell" Angeline to Mama Bab after she had given birth to the "Star Power" champ.
Seeing Angeline's deep-seated affection for Mama Bab, Nanay Susan couldn't help but feel hurt. Nevertheless, her gratitude to Mama Bab overshadows such emotions.
Mama Bab, for her part, doesn't see any reason to feel jealous of Nanay Susan; she remains grateful, instead, especially since Angeline is already having a house built for her. In the future, though, Angeline also plans to have another house built for Nanay Susan.
Only one piece is needed to truly fulfill Angeline's wish: For her Nanay Susan and Papa Pop to finally reconcile.
"Sana naman 'pag magkita kayo ni Papa kahit magkaibigan na lang okay na sakin, 'yun lang po," Angeline said in between sobs.
For Nanay Susan's part, she no longer has any ill feelings towards Angeline's father.
"'Di naman ako mapagtanim ng galit eh," she stressed.
