She posted, “1M+?? Go fight, Tweeps!”
Concepcion also extended her gratitude to all her followers for their continuous support.
“Thank you ALL for being a part of my life. You're the ♚ ♛ KINGS & QUEENS & PRINCES & PrInCESsES of my world!!! ♔ ♕,” she tweeted.
As of posting time, Concepcion now has a total of 1,006,617 followers.
