Daniel Padilla on his newfound fame ‘Dapat chill lang ako’

After receiving a gold record award for his debut album, Daniel Padilla revealed that his next target is to sell a total of 150,000 units for him to get a diamond record award. But in spite of his successful venture in the music industry, the young actor insisted that singing is more of a hobby for him. Ilagay na lang natin sa pagiging hobby ang pagkanta ko,” he said in an interview with Push.com.ph.

Daniel further shared that he got his talent for singing from both his parents Rommel Padilla and Karla Estrada. Incidentally, the two have had the chance to make a comeback in showbiz ever since Daniel started making headlines as a promising young actor.

As for those who are saying that he’s the most bankable teen star to date, Daniel maintained that he’d rather focus on being a better actor than be overwhelmed with such praises. Dapat chill lang ako,” he beamed.
