Enchong Dee on being a good kisser Buti na lang natuto ako

Enchong Dee was very happy to be paired with his longtime crush Cristine Reyes in the movie The Reunion. The two of them played high school sweethearts who’d break up due to unprecedented circumstances. “First and foremost, I’d like to thank her because tinanggap niya yung role as Ara. Natutuwa ako kasi she's a box office queen pero tinanggap niya yung special participation. I am glad na siya ang naka-partner ko. Dream come true, at the same time nakakakaba kasi No Other Woman did so well.”

Enchong also shared how he prepared for his kissing scene with Jessy. As it was, the young actress had no idea that he’d kiss her passionately at that time. “It was already 8 in the morning. More than 14 hours na kami nagsyu-shoot. So, alam mo, pagod na, hulas na, kailangan sobrang effort na mag toothbrush, kasi alam mo yung oras na yun medyo ‘di kagandahan amoy ng hininga ninyo. Buti it turned out so well.”

Those who were able to watch the film was further surprised with Enchong’s topless scenes, wherein he donned a Captain America stripper costume. Asked if he felt conscious about his tight-fitting boxer shorts, he replied, “Sa simula oo, pero nung bandang huli, o sige na nga, take na, hubad na. Nung papasok kami sa bridal shower mapapansin mo nailang ako pero after that wala na, parang normal na. Ngayon na napanood ko naisip ko lang, kailangan ko pa talaga mag workout, kulang pa.”

Julia Montes, who happened to be his co-star in The Reunion, was also shocked upon seeing his Captain America scenes. “Sabi niya, ‘Oh my god!’  But I am really happy with the outcome. Thank God nag-manifest yung friendship namin nila Xian (Lim), Kean (Cipriano) at Enrique (Gil) off cam. Kasi nagsimula kami as strangers nila Kean nung storycon ng The Reunion. Of course sila Enrique nagkikita kami sa ASAP pero hi hello lang. Pero ngayon masasabi kong magkakaibigan talaga kami.”
